The students will be acquainted with success stories narrating about the processes and technologies in the public sector influenced by smart governance. Concrete practical skills will be developed for effective solution of everyday professional tasks using methods of information technologies and processes (e.g., “Dropbox”, “Google drive, etc.).
During the studies of smart socialization, the attendants will be acquainted with the definitions of and links between smart socialization and innovations. They also will develop competency of applying the technologies of smart socialization and partnership techniques at community, regional and global levels.
The students will get acquainted with the principles and development stages of social partnership and network activity. During the studies, efforts will be put to project successful social partnerships and network activities or to identify the existing success stories creating additional value (i.e. productive and results-orientated public services).
During the studies, the students will examine the innovative models of public services, related with smart management projection, and analyse their monitoring and assessment. In addition, success stories – innovative public services and their evaluation – will be presented emphasising the obtained results (benefits of service).
Smart marketing and integrated communication have all features characteristic of smart social system: enterprise, databased management, personalization, virtualization, innovativeness, prompt reaction, sustainability and social responsibility, digitalism.
Smart management is an open and motivating to participate, resultative, meeting the public needs and ensuring high quality services management (responsibility) and a competent authority, which is able to make targeted strategical decisions (creativity). The sectors requiring radical improvements are as follows: micro financing; calculation of expenditures and prices; prevention of cost-cutting using personal budgets.
